What we store about public profiles
We store publicly visible metrics (for example follower and post counts) for profiles that are queried through our tools, together with the retrieval time and the source. We do not store private information and never access non-public data.
How long we keep it
Snapshots are retained to provide history features; retention windows are configurable and old snapshots are downsampled over time.
Corrections and removal
To report incorrect information, request a correction, or request removal of a profile's data from our database, use the contact page with subject "data request". We create a ticket, verify the request, and process it promptly. Last updated: 2026.
